How will I receive the gift card?
After you buy, we email you a personalised Christmas gift card with the recipient’s name, your message and a unique voucher code. You can print it or forward it to them.
How long is the gift card valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. The appointment must be claimed within that time.
How does the recipient book?
They can book online or call 07884 258912, quoting the voucher code on their gift card.
What if the appointment costs more than the gift card?
Appointments start from £75 and the exact price depends on postcode. The gift card is taken off the price and any balance is paid at the appointment by card or cash.
Can the gift card be used for children?
Yes. We see children aged 5 and above.
Which areas do you cover?
We visit homes across the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Warrington, Bolton, Wigan, Chester, Blackburn and surrounding areas. Call us to check a postcode before buying if you’re unsure.
Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase and must be claimed within 12 months of purchase. Appointment prices depend on postcode; any balance is paid at the appointment by card or cash.
